So the Hyundai i30 goes back tomorrow. Thankfully she wasn’t needed because she’s ‘ittle.
I suppose I got so used to the size and convenience of Piglet that she’s spoilt me for other cars.
Gave her a good wash, exterior and interior clean so she’ll go back cleaner than how she arrived.

I like caring for my own stuff, but you sir, are a saint for caring this much for stuff that doesn’t even belong to you, and will probably be neglected again soon.

Dank u vel. I removed a few scratches and gave the wheels a good wash. Put on two coats of sealant on the wheels, paint and glass do hopefully the next user will appreciated it.
I like to treat all cars as if they were my own and look after them in a way |I would my own car.

Nice one fella. We spend so much time in our cars these days for people not to care about them. They are one of the largest investments/purchases we’ll make in our lives. By not looking after them were telling ourselves were not worth it.

You won’t be surprised to find out your not the first person to tell me that. Lol.
I like to treat all cars as if they were my own and return them better than how I got them.
I was also a test bed for some Gyeon AutoFoam and Gyeon Cure but I did thoroughly clean the car. I didn’t do the engine, which I would of done if given half the chance too.

Damn dude, I actually leave garbage in my rental car, the person checking me out told me to not bother throwing away my trash, they would take care of it.

I saw the guy at Enterprise cleaning the cars with a brush and dirty water so it’s due some TLC.
I like to leave rentals as if I’d never been in the car with the dealership thinking has it just come to us, etc...

Well, at the moment everything is kinda alright. There are some protests against refugees now and then, some of which have gotten quite out of hand, but that seems to be calming down. The government/municipalities were planning to build large refugee centres in a lot of towns around here, though they are changing their plans now towards smaller scale solutions, placing only a handfull of people in each location, with a few locations per town. While that doesn’t really counter the large influx, it does help with integration and keeps the people more at ease. I myself am not too bothered with it, since I respect the fact that most of these people are just searching refuge because there is no other option.
On the other side, we can look back at a great summer, (the fourth hottest ever measured, or so I’m told), and at a great Olympic games, so I think that all in all it can be said that all is well over here.

Good man, good.
In the U.K. I think the problem is between conflict refugees and financial refugees. Nobody really has a problem with conflict refugees because they just want to live, but the financial refugees want to earn money to send home and not contribute to the local economy or community.
Ye’, we had a good Olympics at Rio. Not sure how the paralympics are going to go as they already pretty much ran out of money but now they have impeached their president and the whole chaos that follows.

mechanically they are solid as a rock (obviously lol). I used to be better on the body and interior side of things but in the last 3-4 years it’s been a secondary thing. it’ll get better doe. As long as there is time.

Yeah, the problem is that some people think that all of them come here for their own gains.
I’m with you, I think the paralympics might turn out as a flop. Instable politics and a lack of funds don’t promise a Successful event to say the least.

Things have moved on so much over the last few years the products have become so easy to use with great gains in such a short time.

The world is so unstable right now that there is fear of anyone from not of your own country. It’s crazy. I want the old days back. Now.
With the paralympics, Rio was already way behind with giving traveling payments and then closing down arenas and moving the games to different venues and then laying off staff because they didn’t have the money which is such a massive shame.
